My name is Ruqaiya and as the founder of 'The Early Years Hub' where my focus is to support and promote positive development of children (0-18yrs) , in all aspects of physical, social, emotional and Psychological. Being Culturally sensitive and bringing the awareness with strategies to brigde the gaps that that Children and young people are experiencing as they growing up. I believe that the key to success is investing in the development of our children from a young age. As a qualified trainer with multilingual skills and determined about providing the best quality training /consultancy to help nurture and grow the potential of our future generations. I work closely with Parents/carers, professionals, students, volunteers and community groups to raise awareness and understanding. I am a graduate from The University of Glasgow in Childhood Studies, along with many other qualifications & trainings from the UK. I specialise in early years developments. Strongly promoting Inclusion and Diversity in my path of trainings. I brings with a passion for lifelong learning. Strongly believe in giving others the opportunity to learn and develop their knowledge and skills to deliver high quality learning environments for children and young people, in family life and various other programmes to support families in all communities.

I am dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through training, consultancy and support. With a passion for early childhood development and special needs, I have had the unique opportunity to work with a variety of schools, nurseries and families.Through my various experiences, I have been able to bring together the needs of children and families in a safe and nurturing environment. I am able to offer a range of tailored programs and services to meet the needs of each individual family or setting.
